Early Childhood Occupations

The Early Childhood Occupations Program is designed for students who are interested in working with children ages birth to eight. Class time is devoted to the study of child development, lesson and curriculum planning, and developmentally appropriate practices . Students participate in "on the job" training at schools and centers throughout the community and also help with the daily operation of the Center's on-site preschool.

A second year of study is available to students who have successfully completed one year in the program.
